A few answers about how Aladin Jewelry custom orders move from an idea to production.
Can you create a piece from a photo or reference?
Yes. Send a photo, screenshot, sketch or inspiration and we’ll review the design, proportions, materials and production details with you.
Can I change a reference design?
Yes. A reference can be a starting point. Metal, stones, dimensions, engraving and other details can be adjusted around your request.
Do you work in both silver and gold?
Yes. Custom orders can be discussed in silver, gold or platinum, with stone options including natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, zircon and gemstones.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders usually take 7–10 working days. We’ll confirm the expected timeline with you before proceeding.
When does production begin?
Production begins once the deposit has been paid. After the deposit is confirmed, your order can move into production.
